I agree Jenny, there are CW songs that I don't listen to as much but the ANJ cd is always on.

That is the amazing thing about CW...songs I wouldn't normally rank too high (heard too often, just don't do anything for me...blah blah) are so beautifully sung and played, they are like brand new. I don't think they can sing a bad song, period.

I love every song as well, although the a cappella songs are my very favorite. (Somewhere, Over The Rainbow, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas). Their harmonies are electrifying. I've never heard anything more beautiful in all my life.

I have someone I don't really care for "Carrickfergus"(at least the ANJ version, I like Lisa's version) "Send Me A Song" (shocking I know) "Over the Rainbow"  "The Blessing"

There are some songs I might skip over in the car... That being said, I find that sometimes a song will just all of a sudden "hit me." Carrikfergus did that to me. That is one that I would frequently skip, then one day I found myself all but in tears listening to it. It's been a favorite ever since. So, I guess it depends on my mood.

There are some songs that more than one of the ladies sing. Carrickfergus is one. I like Lisa's version, but I love Orla's. I think what stirkes me teh most is the harp vs the piano.

My last favourite songs are "Over the Rainbow" and "Somwhere", I skip them most of the time.

It's not that I think they are not good, I just prefer the other songs.

I don't much like "Over the Rainbow."I prefer it when they stick to the Irish music.

Just one guy's opinion though.I usually skip "Someday" as well.

i may get yelled at for this but i never did like "over the rainbow" very much...it's not like david wrote it, and as they are singing it now i guess i like it more than before. only cw could have that kind of power over music!

Ditto.

Same for me as well. I liked it more in concert than on the CD, but I'm still not a complete fan.

I'm going to join in with the..."not so much the ones I dislike as much as the ones I tend to hit the skip button.  I always play Orla's songs, several of Maev's and now more and more of Lisa's.
