Yes, I have seen that cover, but only on the internet. I've never been privileged enough to see it on a real album.

It's not just her appearance that shows she's grown up. When You Believe just sent chills up and down my spine! The good thing is that she hasn't lost the sweet voice that sounds like an angel whispering in your ear. She's just amazing.
