ok, its freezing outside, and it's not that warm downstairs in the basement yet (turn the heat down during the day when I am not home) and just had DQ ice cream, and now I AM COLD...  |

I get anesthesia for it, so it's not a big deal. Unfortunately, other people with CFIDS have had problems with anesthesia, so I have to drink 4 bottles of water before going to bed. |
