me either!! I've just come into the thread to say that I really hate working in retail. It's really awful. I want to quit so bad but I don't have another job lined up. aw, im sorry. i actually just applied for a job at Wendy's and Hot Spot Tanning so hopefully I'll have a job soon.  *crosses fingers* |

Well, you have to be really good at selling to the customer, and as I can be bit shy, I've already gotten yelled at for not interacting with the customers enough.
Plus, ringing people up gets ultra confusing because B&BW has SO many promotions, coupons, etc. It's impossible to keep track of them all, and when people don't think you've given them the correct discount, oh LORD they get mad!
I'm realizing how much I prefer working in an office. It's a lot calmer and easier!

Working in an office really is much better, although they look for more experience I think. You get paid a lot more too.
