Haha thanks for the sympathy....

Nah, I'm fine  Wink

Good to know!  I wouldn't want you to be suffering any long term emotional trauma from an incident that happened when you were 7.  Smiley

I played softball when I was seven, quit after I hit my own team mate with the ball...  Roll Eyes
Happens to pros too. In a Pirates game a few weeks ago, the first baseman got into the way of a throw from the second baseman to the pitcher covering first and the first baseman got hit in the backside. He wasnt hurt at all but it just looked so little league.

Our pitcher got in the way alot yesterday.  I was playing 3rd and every time the ball came my way he wouldn't move or duck so i had to lob it over his head instead of throw it straight at first.  However the one time that he really should have gotten out of the way was during the first batter of our 3rd game.  The batter hit a rocket straight at the mound and directly into his kneecap.  You could see the stitch impressions from the softball when he rolled his pants, they were purple.  The next pitcher got out of my way every time making the rest of my afternoon easier.

Had to stop playing slow pitch because it was messing up my fast pitch swing.

fart pitch.
Is it safe to assume you meant fast pitch?  Or is this some new game I've never heard of?   Cheesy

Sometimes you cry and no one sees your tears.
Sometimes you're happy and no one sees you smile.
Sometimes you're alone and no one is there to comfort you.
Fart just once...

I play on two leagues one fast pitch and one slow pitch.  My swing doesn't get messed up but I pitch, catch and play short stop in both leagues and it takes about an inning to adjust my pitching.  Catching is not much different but the ball doesn't always come down straight in fast pitch and short stop almost the same.
