I have entered a weight loss contest. Everyone is turning in their weight tomorrow and whoever loses the largest percent of their starting weight wins the pot. The pot is $10 per person. We have 12 people in it so far. It ends February 12. Wish me luck. I am going to be hungry.  |

I am going to use all of you to monitor me so .. my starting weight is 229. I really seems big when I write it out.
I am not a big between meal snacker so my main plan is to fill one small plate at meal times and no second, third ...google helpings.
Then I am going to take the books and folded laundry off the treadmill and turn it on. In a couple of weeks I might even get on it. Kidding I will walk on it tomorrow.
