Isnt a webmaster the same thing as an admin?
Not at all. In addition to her admin role, Lindsey does all the forum design and graphics, all the actual coding, installs all the software and updates - in short, she is responsible for the entire look and the functionality of the forum. Very few forum administrators get involved in that end of the business, and wouldn't have the skills to do it if they wanted to. The unfortunate thing is that 99% of what she does is transparent to the user, so she gets little or no credit for her work. Just take a look at the haphazard way in which some other forums are presented, and it'll give you a little more appreciation for the job Lindsey does here.
