We Need Boston, Manchester, and Concord!!!! Or MA,NH, CT!

I use to do a bunch of business trips to Boston and I really love the place. The best way to get around is on one's feet!!

I’d certainly love see CW there, and add a few days and other entertainment too.

If they did it late in the spring so that the weather would be warm, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs NY (http://www.spac.org/) would be great. There’s a wonderful old hotel right in the state park within walking distance, plus a beautiful ball room (the hall of the springs http://saratogaspastatepark.org/hallofsprings.html) that would be great for a dinner – I should know….. It’s where we had our college graduation ball! The grounds are beautiful, and anyone interested in a spa treatment or golf could add that too. SPAC is a venue for everything from classical, ballet, to pop and rock.  I’ve seen it all there and it is a wonderful venue.

I just spoke to Rob Walker (On-Air Membership Manager) for WOSU in Columbus. He stated that CW will NOT be returning to Columbus for 2010. I then asked him if they will be offering the new Powerscourt DVD and he said that they decided to not offer that either. He said that CW has not made them much money so that is why they decided to not air it, which I do not believe. So now I will have to look towards another PBS station to get the DVD. And of course no CW in Columbus next year. I do not like that.

They need to go to San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose and Sacramento.

Steven M.

Then the only question would be, how many of these I can talk my wife into going to?
