.......I did see where someone in another forum said that the new program book has a buried reference to taking this show to Australia and the Pacific area, so there might not be a Fall US tour. I hope it’s not true, but it might be time for some other countries to get to see CW again.
We must not be selfish! It's not a matter of "other countries get to see CW again" you can count on one hand the Countries that have ever seen them perform, and then the Tours were either one night or very short. You can't really count Ireland, as the tickets were from PBS and not on sale to the Public. Cancellation of the 2007 Tour of Europe including the UK left a lot of fans very disappointed, including my family. Don't forget.....Lisa's in-laws are Australian, plus there are many people of Irish ancestry there, so it would make sense for them to do a Tour there and New Zealand. I have friends in NZ who would be first in line for tickets. I'll bet Scott's Parents would be delighted to have their grandchildren stay with them while Mommy and Daddy are Touring! I really hope they finally get to do a European Tour, too. Advance Publicity is a MUST if they want to sell tickets. The BBC and RTE ought to get involved.

Don't anyone in the US get alarmed. We're going to get a full dose of CW this year. That's all I'm saying, so don't ask.
As others have indicated, there are many other countries that would love to host a tour; Asia, the Pacific rim, South Africa, Brazil, Europe and the UK - heck, our forums and Lisa's fan club have many members from Eastern Europe, and they'd love to see the show live.

You and your teasers, Rich! LOL! It will be interesting to hear what CW will have to say when the time comes.

I'm not worried about 2010...I'm set for this year! I just hope they'll be in the US for 2011! I don't think I can go more than a year without seeing CW in concert!

You can't really count Ireland, as the tickets were from PBS and not on sale to the Public...... I really hope they finally get to do a European Tour, too....... Well, we *could* be selfish…… I could see that happening. However, the more people who see CW, the more fans they’ll have, and that’s good for us all. So I have no problem with them going to Europe or the Pacific if they can sell the tickets. However, it would be nice to know if CW is coming back in the fall, or extending the current gig, so that we would know if we can wait to buy tickets, or need to get our annual ‘CW fix’ over the next few months. Right now endless snow is making it possible that my wife and I will not be sitting next week in our front row seats that we paid for, plus even the early March concerts could be a problem. If I knew that they were not coming back in the fall I might go for some later times even though that would mean air travel. If I knew that they are coming in the fall I’d just take my losses this time and hope for October. GeorgeN

The San Antonio concert at 7:30 pm, May 2, is sold out and they have added a second concert, same date at 2pm. (It's a Sunday). Tickets for the second concert go on sale on Feb 22nd at Ticketmaster.

As much as we love it when the ladies are touring, I think it's also important to consider how much time they are having to spend away from home. Lisa is very lucky to have her husband and children with her on tour, but not everyone is that lucky to have their families and loved ones with them. The last thing we want is for them to get burned out and extremely homesick and decide to leave the group. I am the first to line up to buy tickets, I'll admit it, but I worry that the constant touring may become too much.

Lisa is very lucky to have her husband and children with her on tour o/t Just to clarify - Scott doesn't tour with CW, but he visits whenever he has time. But Lisa's children are the most important people in her life. If she couldn't bring them along, it'd be a deal breaker.

Hmm.... No, no, I shouldn't start down that path. Besides, having a passanger to take care of first would make that incredibly tight.
Still thinking about it.... blast....

I don't advise anyone sitting next to Rich to sing!!!!! I would like to see my next birthday. That applies to me too....I pay good money to see and hear Celtic Woman, not some yoyo who thinks he/she can sing along and jiggle around. If ANYONE starts singing etc during the concert anywhere around me, they will feel the full force of this redhead's temper!!! I once got a couple ejected from Tampa Bay PAC for talking loudly during the CW concert....they had been drinking and I asked them politely to keep quiet. This was a special night for Dave and I.....our Silver Wedding Anniversary, and I was not going to let those losers spoil it. So the staff escorted them out and they wasted $160. Bottom line.....Please be considerate of those around you.
