A: In the fall of 2007 it was announced that Lisa was pregnant and that Alex would temporarily tour in her place during the spring 2008 tour. When Órlagh opted to leave Celtic Woman and pursue her solo career at the end of 2008 Alex was asked to join Celtic Woman full time. At the conclusion of the spring 2010 Songs from the Heart tour it was announced that Alex would be leaving the group to spend more time with her family.
