Even if they had lip synched, the girls would have dubbed themselves and Deirdre would have sung her own parts.

Certainly not! CW do not lip synch, except for very rare cases and then they use their own voices! Probably them playing the track for rehearsal or promotional reasons (I don't know the clip, so I can only guess), but this was definitely NOT done by CW on tour!
