Susan McFadden and Brian McGrane decided to do a side-project called 17weeks17songs while on the North American leg Destiny tour in 2016.

Basically, Susan McFadden, Brian McGrane (and sometimes some special guests as well) covered one song for every week that was remaining on the Destiny tour.

I've decided to document these here so they're centrally accessible and because I like documenting things (it's a sickness, I'm afraid).

"For Good" was both beautiful and adorable.

Today's song, "She Used To Be Mine" was also outstanding. Susan's voice is so amazing: both powerful and tender. And I love their song choices.

I really hope they keep doing covers on other parts of the tour and in the future. There are sooooooo many songs that Susan can sing!

That one was beautiful! But I have to go with "I Know You By Heart!"

They're all amazing! I think my absolute favorite so far has been "For Good" with "She Used To Be Mine" a very close second.

Susan's voice is so beautiful, her taste is so good, and her guests (and Brian) are so talented, they can't really go wrong with these.

Another thing that's really impressed me was how they've adapted to get both the audio and video so good, especially in the more recent videos. It's not like they have fancy video and recording equipment for these. The fact that they look and sound so good (studio quality good) is really impressive.

I love all of her covers too. I even liked the Justin Bieber cover. I am not a fan of his, but I do like that particular song. I've even covered it myself, and I think Susan sang it beautifully.

Agreed on all counts.  ;D
