I would like to know how you get tickets that includes the meet and greet as well?

This topic has been covered many times on the forum.  You may want to read those posts.  Basically, the M&G tickets are sold by the local PBS stations during their pledge drives.  These tickets are usually very limited in number and first come first serve so you need to be quick and early to call them when they offer the tickets.  You may want to contact your PBS station to ask when the pledge drive will be and if they will offer M&G tickets.  Also, sometimes a forum member may have a spare M&G ticket and will offer it on the forum.  They don't usually last very long when posted.  Good luck. :)

I've been dreaming of a Meet and Greet with them for the better part of 12 years.

Like the Trial of Tantalus, I've been close a number of times, but it's always been just out of reach.

This year, it is going to happen. I will phone every PBS station in the US if I have to. If I've got to fly all the way to California to make it happen, so be it. I am going to meet these girls no matter what it takes.

I have begun contacting all PBS stations within my driving range.

The Lisa Kelly concert takes a few of the Ohio shows out of the equation, but I still have 14 venues that could potentially be within driving distance.

If none of those pan out, it's going to get really expensive, but all bets will be off and I will go anywhere to meet them.

Looks like they did these tickets at their pledge drives in fall (back when I was still waiting to see if my venue would have any M+G tickets).

I suppose there's still hope, but I'd say at this point unless they get back to me quick, I can't count on any of those 14 venues having M+G tickets.

... so looks like I might be flying to Virginia, instead which still has M+G tickets. No direct flights, which sucks.

A few other considerations:
1. Nobody I know from around where I live will go with me if I fly anywhere for a Meet and Greet. I'm on my own (until I get there, anyways).
2. Considering the price of the M+G in Virginia, it might actually be cheaper to fly there then to get a normal M+G in driving range.
3. I think I have to decide within a couple of days what to do. If I go to the show in Virginia, I can't go to any of the others (except my home venue, of course). If I wait though, I might not be able to do a M+G in either place and then I'd be left scrambling to all the other PBS stations in the US.
4. I'd get to meet Tiffany, so that would be AWESOME!

Anyways, I just can't go any longer without meeting the girls and I don't get to enough shows or have the assertiveness to leave it up to chance at a stage door, so a M+G is definitely going to happen. If I can't get one for VoA, I have to get one for HfC no matter what.

Just got a M+G ticket for VoA in Erie, PA.

Less than 4 hours drive and it's just a few days before I go to see Lisa Kelly for the first time!

Already got time off approved.

Just chatting with the PBS rep to make sure this goes smoothly and hope border crossings don't become an issue between now and then.

Considering how close I've been before (several times) with the things just finding a way to go wrong and keep me from seeing them, there's going to be a bit of doubt until I actually meet them.

But O...M...G!

For years...YEARS, I have dreamed of meeting Celtic Woman! I better get a bit of excitement out of my system now or else that 1-2 minute M+G is going consist of me jumping up and down and hooting like a child on a sugar high.
