I know social media has taken over some over the functions the forums used to provide, such as a way to get news and a way to interact with other Celtic Woman fans.

But I think forums still do some things way better than social media can. Social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are essentially timeline-based, whereas forums are more effective at categorizing and organizing topics.

Yes, social media is an efficient way to get news and discuss it, but what if you miss something and it gets lost in your feed? It can be really difficult to find things on social media unless you're really proficient at searching.

Forums seem like a better place to have discussions on particular topics, to share long posts like reviews, stories, etc., and to archive and find historical information.

Each of the girls deserves to feel special and have their own forum as far as I'm concerned, while their with Celtic Woman and after they move on to other things.

Forums really only have value if there's a decent-sized community involved in them.

Moreover, it's hard for us to get the girls interested and enthusiastic about their own forums if there's not a decent sized community involved in them on a regular basis.

I get that checking different forums all the time can be a bit time consuming, but I'd love to see some more people celebrating the girls on their own forums as well as here. Glen takes good care of the forums and keeps them up to date, but it takes a lot of his time and money to keep them going. Let's help Glen justify all that effort and show some love over there.

Thanks everyone!

I'll get you taken care of.

I set you a temporary password on Tara's forum and I'll sent you your info in a message from this forum.  :)

I sent your username and a temporary password for Tara's forum in separate emails from Celtic Woman Forum.

Please let me know if you got those and give those a try.

If it lets you log in, you should change your password from the temporary one to a different one. If you need any help, please let me know.  :)
