Sorry for the delay.

I'm not an administrator or moderator here, but if I were trying to change my password, here is what I would do.

You should be able to change your password once you log in with your existing one.

1. Go to: Profile > Account Related Settings
2. Use the Choose Password and Verify Password to set your new password.
3. Enter your Current Password further down in the form.
4. Press the Change Profile button.

Or you can go to the login page (http://www.celticwomanforum.com/index.php?action=login) and press forgot your password.

Either of those two approaches should work, in theory.

I personally don't want to test it with my account in case something goes wrong, because it's likely I will never be able to log back in.  :'(

If those steps aren't working for some reason, can you please describe for me what steps you're taking and what's happening? I'll see if I can suggest something to help.

If worse comes to worse, I can probably message the moderators and see if any of them have permissions to do account administration here.

If you log in and go to Profile there is a way to delete your account, but personally I wouldn't recommend that. If you try to create a new account, it has to go through approvals and we've had 'test accounts' waiting for approval for over a year now. My advice would be to try to change your password if you feel you need to, but keep your account as you might want to post again later.

I hope this helps.

I've had problems with accessing my account in the past. Part of it might have been my own problem by choosing passwords I couldn't remember. Just know that you aren't alone, although I haven't had this problem recently.
