Post by: DakotaF. on May 06, 2007, 09:36PM For those of us who love Mairead, sometimes when you see pwople you care about either in your personal circles or as an admired celebrity like the ladies, and they get hurt and there is little you can do about it that can be tough because you're sad to see it. SO what I suggest is a virtual care package. *Dakota whips out a GIANT box and puts it on the ground with a giant THUD! that shakes the earth* er eheh.. sorry about that... heavy box... SO this is your chance to put something in the box that you think would help Mairead. Perhaps when there is enough stuff (maybe the mods can decide?) we can send it to her via email or whatever people have been doing to send their wishes? I couldn't think of what to say to her personally but I remembered doing the birthday boxes for them a while back and that's what gave me this idea.... SO I will start with 3 items...
1. one battery powered foot stool with ankle massager. 2. one food replicator, just speak your choice and it appears. ( Don't worry, the U.S.S. Enterprise won't miss it.... i hope :-X) 3. one book of sick and twisted jokes ( everyone needs humor in situations like that!) Title: Re: I have an idea.... Some of my favourite books (she might like to read when she's resting) .... for example "Ulysses", "Jane Eyre", "20.000 Leagues under the Sea", "The Taming of the Shrew", "The Nine Tailors", "The Pillars of the Earth" and "The Dreaming: A Novel of Australia" (Yes, I want her to rest a lot ;) )

Post by: CTofer on May 16, 2007, 11:00PM I would add a baby grand piano....(we'll make either the box magically big or the piano magically resizable for pulling it out and putting it back in the box :) ) ....she already has plenty of fiddles, but I know she also plays the piano a bit......a baby grand would make for a nice change of musical pace...
