Hello again and again! I did another one, though this one needs a little bit of explanation

I am from Holland, some of you might know that, and I saw a picture of Lisa and this idea just popped in my head!
The colours of our flag are red, white and blue, but when it is the birthday of the queen here, queensday, you can see orange flags everywhere you look
So when I saw Lisa's dress on this picture this came up.
It's a special 'The Netherlands wallpaper', hope you guys like it!
