What's your favorite song?
I like the whole album, but I specially like Dubhdarra and Lift the wings. And I love her versions of the two traditional songs, though her voice isn't the most traditional, like Orla's or Meav's, 'cause I don't mind how traditional or not is her voice. It's excellent.

Reaction on CWF when Isle of Hope CD comes out

I love the whole cd too!  Personal faves:  May It Be, The Soft Goodbye, SMAS, and The Deer's Cry, and...oh shoot, the whole cd is great!  I never use the "skip" feature when listening to Lisa's CD.   Smiley   Smiley

I love it all but I think "The Deers Cry" is the most striking.

I still melt into a little puddle every time I hear SMAS.

Me too Rich! It was the song that got me started with all my writings. I'll always be grateful to her for that gift no matter what becomes of my poems/lyrics. I sing with her every night from the start of the CD until the end and the CW CDs as well. Sigh.
