You can vote for Celtic Woman for this first ever fan award. Voting is through May 20th and you can vote often. The awards will be televised on ABC @ 8pm on May 22nd. To vote:
1. Click on the link below
2. At the bottom of the left column is "other" with a write in box, type Celtic Woman and submit. You'll then get a chance to vote again. (it will take you to page 2 which explains about the award, just scroll down some and click the click here to vote box)

After clicking on the link, just scroll down and at the bottom of the left column under U2 is other and under other is a gray box.

Ok I managed. And I've voted 4 times now! How often can you vote for an artist (or in that case Celtic Woman)? Doesn't make much sense if you can vote as often as you want. Huh

Vote as much as you can. It states on the Billboard page "Every submission counts, so vote now and vote often." "There'll be no chart statistics, airplay data or ticket sales influencing this decision. Your vote and your vote alone will decide the winner!"

Just an FYI, SFTH is charting at #1 at 67 weeks and Lullaby is #3 after peaking at #1 at 12 weeks.
