Another artist I enjoy is Anne-Sophie VonOtter. She's a Swedish mezzo-soprano. She came to my attention as an opera singer, but she's performed other genres of music as well. Here's her version of "Like an angel passing through my room" which, in my opinion, is as equally beautiful as Mairead Carlin's

So, I now got to listen to Dream several times and I have to tell you: It's fantastic!
Anna's voice is stellar, her duet partners are perfectly chosen, each song is a highlight. The unoriginal cover picture is the only thing I could complain about, but this is about the music, so it doesn't matter. The highlights are for me As Time Goes By, Diamonds Are Forever and The Dreame.
