The Moody Blues are currently touring the eastern US -- Florida this week and then moving north -- one of the greatest groups of all time.

Speaking of Moya Brennan, do you know that Clannad did a new DVD and its airing on PBS stations? You can pledge for Clannad tickets when they tour in the USA. I know they will be here in Pittsburgh in October on a Sunday, I think its the 14th or 16th.

Hehe, this definitely isn't a "new" artist, but my other favorite group will always be Peter, Paul and Mary. I grew up listening to them and they will always have a special spot in my heart. <3

My favorite singers besides Celtic Woman are Lady Gaga, Linkin Park & Avril Lavigne. I can listen to about any kind of music, not so much country. But Celtic (hands down) is my favorite kind of music of all time.

      They play a lot at renaissance fairs. there is the lead singer, Candice and
   she is also a composer..and her Husband used to be with
   DEEP PURPLE, but his beautiful guitar is now on songs like "Soldier of Fortune"...Ritchie Blackmore is his name.
   Go to You Tube and give a listen ..esp to Ghost of a Rose...beautiful Song.

  Thanks for the links.   I especially enjoyed   "My Immortal" !   The lead vocalist has a beautiful voice.  Reminds me of a blend of Lynn's   and Alex's  voices.  Maybe David D. should consider recruiting her.
