Cool. Thanks for this additional information.

But are you sure it's the only military pipe band? I know too little about French army bands, which is why I'm asking. Smiley

I'll try to find the time to translate the article. But it seems that they've made a few mistakes (notably implying that CW comes to France because of Nolwenn Leroy's success. Or am I inferring that?). Anyway, I'll see if I can find the time from my busy schedule to do it.

That's the impression I got when I read it--apparently she's done a lot with her Breton music. Breton is still a living Celtic language, so CW is coming into the French music market at a great time.

Since the professionalization of the french army in the nineties, yes. Once, there were two military bagadou, Lann-Bihoué for the Navy and Lande d'Oué for the Infantry. Now, there's only one. All other military bands are brass bands in France.

Oh My God , can't wait to hear the whole song.

A moderator should move it in the Believe's board ?

Hey guys, at the end of the day this is just a compilation album with a new bonus track. Not too terribly different than the German edition of SftH. Can't really see how it's a Believe spoiler as it's not the CD that goes with the show.

Well on a Dutch CD site it is already possible to pre-order it if I'm not mistaking.
Otherwise you can always buy it through ebay.

Very beautiful. Not as good as I hoped for, but still beautiful. Really loved the pipes too.
