Today I received my copy of "Believe/SftH" CD/DVD set from ebay.

The CD includes a special bonus track called "You Raise Me Up - Kizuna Version" by Chloe, Lisa K, Lisa L and Máiréad.
It's only accompanied by David's piano and Máiréads violine and the last words are sung in Japanese language...  Smiley
