I don't know how correct this article is but I saw someone mention something about it on twitter so I went and looked for myself.

http://lccmw.com/Celtic-Woman-portfolio-will-appear-as-guest-performers-in-London-Olympics.html

It's a brief article but if it's correct I'm gonna be so happy.

It does fit in with the tour dates the latest show being June 13th in Holland. Olympics don't start until July 27.

Scott Porter did say in a tweet he hadn't heard about it so don't get your hopes up too high but keep your fingers crossed.

I was actually the one who tweeted him.  There are in fact, three articles that I sent to him.  I found the news from a Chinese source and found those articles after further research.  I was excited yet skeptical, so I asked him to confirm it.

So yes, I agree: don't get your hopes up, but keep your fingers crossed!

That would be the important thing to remember here. If Scott, as CEO, hasn't heard about it than it probably isn't happening.

I would love for Celtic Woman to get the exposure the Olympics would give them but I would think there is enough talent in London that they would probably just use locals.
