That was interesting. I don't know if I could picture her doing a Country album, mostly because of the songs I've heard her sing. I def. listen to it though if she did do one.

Dixie Chicks ! Grrrrrrrrrr! Chloe does have the hair for country though, and I think she could do some songs in that genre very well.

This is just my opinion, but it would be a terrible shame if Chloe went into this field of music. There is already no end of young female singers in the country genre. They come and they go.
But who else, besides Chloe, is a young, beautiful singer, with such stellar vocal abilities, who performs the greatest soprano songs in the Classical repertory -- the greatest music the world has ever known? She is absolutely unique in that way. She has the field virtually all to herself. I dearly, dearly hope that she continues to perform in the Classical/Celtic field.

I don't think Chloe is about to change genres, but it would be neat for her to be able to try out some new things. I copied the part about Billy and posted it on Billy Gilman Fans, a forums he actually reads and posts messages on (just in case your wondering, he said so on his official website, billygilman.com  ). Anyways, who knows? I would love to see a picture of them together!! |
