oohh! She's a really good Elle Woods!! You can def. tell when she's on stage w the girls that she has Elle's cjharacteristics and acts like Elle?! I don't know how to explain it but, she is slightly different and stands out on her solo's from the others, but fits in perfectly when they are all together??!! It's a real good thing though! Kinda like Awakening and TAR I noticed it that she was a little different! But it adds to the show! And I guess its just because I saw her at radio city (Her engagement 2-3 days before might have had something to do w it to!!) for the first time and I have seen Legally Blonde up close (not w her though)??!! She's just great at anything she does!
I know what you mean Barb. Susan DOES have her own unique style and is a good "blender" too. When I think about it, I think we could say that about all of our special gals past and present. I give some credit to David D. for this as well. From the very start, David has picked singers with very different styles and made them all work together very well. It was his plan to give each singer a platform to be themselves and a chance to come all together. As David said, this is perhaps what makes CW unique among all other singing groups. And he has a good point. And as we all know, he always selects the "cream of the crop".
And our sweet Susan is certainly no exception.
