depends on the audience......some of the band members get the crowd " going" with clapping . Some numbers seem to get a standing ovation, like Chloe`s Ave Maria. When I was standing and clapping after one number,  Lisa noticed and extended her arms in my direction and clapped back at me as a sign of appreciation.

27 more days until Dayton... And I'm not gonna look at a single video! I'm determined! But I shall, of course, stand on my feet clapping for our girls during the Finale!

Question though! Does everyone else sit down during the band solos or does everyone stand up? Just out of curiosity.

I've stood through the whole finally!  Why sit?  Gonna get right back up. Wink

Phil

I guess I got this thread of topic, sorry!

I'm hoping someone gets Susan's solos and some of the other older songs (Nil S'en La, Orinoco Flow, YRMU, etc).

Getting so freaking EXCITED. Seems they have changed the harmonies a little again for the finale, Susan sounds fantastic. I have no strength to avoid spoilers until October, bring it on!  Grin

Beautiful as always but it doesn't seem as rich as in the past due most likely to the reduced choir size.

And I miss the second verse.

Hm, for me it sounds like more than 4 choir members, specially in "She Moved Thru The Fair". Do they have a playback of the choir like the orchestra?

The choir wasn't singing on "YRMU" at all in what was recorded.  Just the Girls.
The choir may come in after the recording cut off.  Or not?  I'll find out in a little over a week.

It's not the whole song. The choir came for the last verse.

By the way here's the ending of the show :
