Susan was 1 also, Before not knowing if Lisa K would return,  I wonder if Lisa K did stay they'd keep Susan like they did for Alex, but they both Belt perhaps Lisa K would have to tone down like Alex while Susan is the new Belter.. interesting  |

Same here. It may well be that David wanted to do something entirely new. After all, 10 years with one production being your main focus must be draining. And he might've even felt a bit creatively lost. Other than CW, he hasn't done much these past 10 years. Hopefully he just decided to take a step back for the time being. Really hope it's not like when Phil Coulter left Celtic Thunder a few years back. That was ugly. |

From Meav's Facebook page: Destiny I am very happy to announce that following on from touring with Celtic Woman this Spring, I will be performing as a guest member with them on their new album and TV special. The show is entitled Destiny and was filmed this summer in the Round Room of the Mansion House, a building of great historical significance for the Irish nation. I also had the great pleasure of working as a vocal director and creative consultant on the new material. I can’t wait to share the new music with you when Destiny is broadcast on PBS stations across the US later this year. So Meav was the Vocal Director and creative consultant, what a nice job!!!  |

Looking at Creative consultant, does that refer Meav is consultant on the creativity of the designs, dress looks, song interests, stage, movements, how everything, did she create the title DESTINY too  . Wow, so excited it will be like watching a production Meav created.. Meav Taste  ! |

Wow, so excited it will be like watching a production Meav created.. Meav Taste ! Judging from what we saw from the SFTH and Believe BTS, I don't think she was involved in ALL of that. I'd say she was probably involved more in the music aspect of the show. By now, Celtic Woman is a well-oiled machine. Everyone has a job and does that job well. Darren has done choreography since ANJ and the girls themselves have said that he knows their limits and what they're comfortable with. Lisa K and Meav in particular have cited him saying they can't dance! Lol! As for costumes, Synan has been there from the very beginning. As Susan and Mairead C pointed out in their fashion interview, Synan knows their particular style, how they need to be able to breathe as singers, and what they like. As for stage, they've got so many people involved in that aspect who design and build the look of the stage. As far as Meav's involvement, I'd say she was involved in song selection, perhaps arrangements, and she may have even had a hand in choosing Eabha seeing as they both came from Anuna. The rest of those details would be the role of the producer and director. |
