So after reading this the music video makes since.
In Irish mythology and folklore, Tír na nÓg or Tír na hÓige is one of the names for the Otherworld, or perhaps for a part of it. It is depicted as a supernatural realm of everlasting youth, beauty, health, abundance and joy.
So Oonagh put the a portal in the ground and was transported to this "otherworld" where she meets CW. The end it shows the portal still there and her still in this "otherworld".
Just my thoughts.

Oonagh is German, the idea was probably because her music is loosely influenced by Celtic/World music and she really likes Celtic Woman and because CW is apparently pupular in Germany, Oonagh is rather popular here, but by no means as famous as Hayley or any other of our CWuties. She's more like a local minor celebrity. Hayley is a world star.

The song is very lovely. I think her voice fits in pretty well. For a moment I almost thought she was a member of the group 0.0 If Celtic Woman ever stops filming shows, they should move to music videos.

I don't know if it's correct but a fan posted this on my page:
Come my love, our worlds we part The gods will guide us across the dark Come with me and be mine, my love Stay and break my heart
From the shores through the ancient mist You bear the mark of my elven kiss Clear the way I will take you home To eternal bliss
Chorus: […] Tir na nÓg, oh, come beyond the ancient fog Tir na nÓg, oh, come with me to Tir na nÓg
Far away from the land you knew The dawn of day reaches out to you Though it feels like a fairy-tale All of this is true
Run with me, have a look around We build our life over sacred ground Come my love, our worlds may part We'll be safe and sound
(Chorus)
Time won't follow the path we came The world you left, it forgot your name Stay with me and be mine, my love Spare my heart the pain
(chorus)

For the moment, she doesn't have a page on the English language Wikipedia, but here's the German language page : https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senta-Sofia_Delliponti

I think it is unbreak my heart I wonder what language the chorus is... Doesn't sound Gaelic nor German to me
