Followed the link and...
"This video is not available".
Better luck next time, I guess.
Still works for me...
Ahhh, I see what's going on.
It's a regional license. It only works in certain countries (ie. the US). I can't view them in Canada since YouTube's license for that material (in this case, from CDBaby) doesn't include Canada. A more descriptive message than "this video is not available" would have been appreciated. But perhaps they intentionally leave the message vague to prevent people from thinking of the workaround below...
I can view it through a US proxy (note: it also has to be one that allows flash and other content on YouTube). For example:
https://www.proxfree.com/youtube-proxy.phpYou basically put in the link for the YouTube video that's blocked and then you can play it.
I can't vouch for the safety of any proxy. I'd strongly advise not to pass any sensitive information through or log in to any important accounts while connected to a proxy. It might not be a secure connection.
Anyways, YouTube is certainly aware of this and no doubt takes measures to block connections through proxies, so it may take a bit of effort sometimes to find a working one.
Happy viewing!
Oh, if anyone has any thoughts what she's saying after "final embers," please let me know.
She does that line twice in the song. Both times, it sounds to me like the word starts with a "th" ... it sounds like it ends up rhyming with "light," but I'm not aware of any words that make sense in context that start with that sound and end up rhyming like that. I thought maybe she's not actually saying "of" before "embers" and whatever the next word is.
When she says "light" in "slowly sways until the last light is gone," the word "light" is very clear. So unless she's somehow rolling words together so it sounds to me like a "th" whatever comes after "final embers" could be a different word or words. Irish don't normally pronounce "th" like the though, so maybe it's "ph."
I'm starting to think it's one word instead of two.
Final embers aflight?
