I want to back up the forum every couple of weeks on my hard drive in case we get another crash.
Right now I'm thinking of using the synchronize option on my browser, but I wanted to find out if there is a better way of doing it or if not how deep I should set the synch for.

Brian already backs the forum up at a minimum of twice a week (every Wednesday and Saturday). Additionally, we are using the services of a different hosting company (more reliable). There shouldn't be any problems, but in the event there are, we have the technology to take care of it.
