Yes that was in Series 3 of the BBC "Coast" in which they explored the coastline of Britain  and Ireland.
Beautifully filmed. For some reason Series 2 was not as good as 1 & 3.

Series 1 was shown in the UK in 2005, Series 2 in 2006, and Series 3 in 2007.

Series 4 is being made now to be aired in 2009.

My only beef is with the presenters.....only a couple of them are professional TV journalists, and the others should have taken a course in it.
I kept wanting to say "Oh for pity's sake get over yourselves!"
Also, the background music is a bit much at times.

Alice Roberts, who did the commentary on Skellig Michael, is a medical doctor with an interest in forensic archaeology.
The BBC have Irish presenters on their staff.....couldn't they have sent one of them?
Oh I know, I'm being too critical and biased!  Grin
Maybe the idea was to see it though fresh eyes.

Be warned......if you are going to Ireland and you want to go to the Skelligs.....you need a fine day. This presentation was shot in good weather, although there is always a bit of wind. You would not enjoy climbing those steps on a wet and windy day, it is scary enough at the best of times!
Whenever you go, you need good non-slip walking shoes, and a rainproof jacket with a hood. Even if it's not raining, you get spray on the boat.
