The opening act for Celtic Woman is the exciting new Irish ballad group, The High Kings.

Exciting is right, Rich!!! They can really get the crowd going  as in Chicago and they  WOWed us again in Toledo.  When they finished I think the reason for a short delay isn't to get the stage ready for the girls--- I think it's so the forum will calm down enough to let the girls get started!!!   The two groups on one stage in the same night is something to behold.   Good luck to the guys on their tour and I want to thank them for a great opening for our Ladies.   Also--- I want to thank the genius who came up with this idea!!!!  Probably David? ?

They really are great! I was not sold on the idea before as I didn't want the distraction from Celtic Woman. But after front row in Duluth and the Toledo experience I'm a believer. I have a very special reason to like them now too, and they will now have a fan for life from the kindness showed. If a crowd is dead after they warm it up then the venue must have been a morgue. What a great way to fire folks up for the ladies. Folks in Toledo started clapping the time for Mairead during her fiddle part in "The sky, the dawn, and the sun". Juiced? Yep, thanks THK!
