By "American" style coffee do you mean bland, underextracted and watery?? I tell you, North Americans really botched up coffee when they got their hands on it. Perhaps some day America on the whole will figure it out, as Europe has.... haha
Mmm speaking of, I'm going to go grind up some coffee and make a nice strong french press....

I really liked O'Brien's corned beef. Smiley Maybe I can try it with melted American cheese on it.

With all of my dietary restrictions I wouldn't be able to eat at any of the pubs or bed and breakfast's, but maybe I could find a few grocery stores. I'm assuming they have a few of those in Ireland.

GUINESS HAS MILK? Oh, dear! I only drank it once and didn't like it (too wishy-washy)... Milk... At least German beer has restrictions because of what's in it...

As fpr irish food... does anyone know typical irish food without animal products or that can be made without it? Typical vegetables or soups or something?

So, again Guinness. Second chance. I like it better than last time. Again, I always pictured Guinness to be somehow stronger... Anyways, I rather like it. And it doesn't have milk in it. Even though I know that some people pour milk into it... But the beer itself is milk-free.

Again, does anyone know typical Irish vegetable recipes?
