Hi Maggie,I trust all is going well with your trip for FEMA.I just celebated with some friends, the reopening of the Bay of St. Louis bridge. We've been helping folks out there for the last 1&1/2 years & especially in Waveland & surrounding areas that were especially hard hit from Katrina. So I know how difficult the situation is each time you go out. My prayers are with you & all who work wih you.       My question is one that may bring you back home to the Emerald Isle.I had the great joy of visiting Ireland in 1970.Only for 4 days, but a great joy none-the-less.One of the great joys I had was the mystery of always waving when someone waved to me.If you did not wave back, you were thought of as a ghost. My question is,do you know where this wonderful tradition came from & if it still is a tradition today?Mc
