I think a little bit of mystery in this area is welcome.

However, for those who must know, although Chloe did state that she had a boyfriend in earlier interviews, in a more recent interview (December 2006, V.I.P. magazine), she offered the interviewer an update on her status in this regard. The text of that interview is reproduced here:

I always knew that Chloë was a real sweetheart, just by seeing her interviews and performances. She is an incredibly gorgeous young woman, has a soft voice and a good-natured personality. I wish I could meet her Or at least to be her friend in real life would make me one happy fellow
