The Fáilte Ireland Dublin Horse Show opened at the RDS this morning.

Show jumping teams from eight countries will be competing in Ballsbridge over the next five days.

The Dublin Horse Show has been running for 135 years and is one of the capital's big social events.

Aaaah yes, I would love to be there!

Nowhere is the Horse more revered and loved than in Ireland.

If you intend to go to Ireland, try to include a visit to the National Stud in Kildare, Southwest of Dublin.

If you can combine it with racing at the Curragh, so much the better.

Night exercise at the Curragh:
