Wink Who said it wasn't?  There are many settlements named Caledonia and NEW CALEDONIA named after Scotland.....There's one in Panama...

It certainly is a favorite with many, many fans of Lisa kelly's..

Don't forget the grand daddy of 'em all ... Caledonia, Michigan! Pop. 1102! (Located just south/southeast of Grand Rapids).

(Disclaimer: I in no way mean this as a rub against the fine town of Caledonia, MI. I'm certain it is a lovely town in it's own right). Wink

Besides, any place on earth named "Caledonia", in my opinion, can't be all bad. And, it is my favorite song Lisa sings and one of my top favorites from CW, in general.

I have listened to both Lisa's and CT's version of Caledonia, and to be honest, I just really like Lisa's better.  Maybe its because I heard it first, and I tend to like the first version I hear (plus, it doesn't hurt that I LOVE Lisa!), but I just wasn't crazy about how CT did it....
