Hello All Dancers & those who enjoy Dancing,

After see LOTD last week, I posted a review...
http://www.celticwomanforum.com/index.php?topic=7614.msg247712;broadseen#new
I purchased the LOTD & Feet of Flames dvd...both are the same show don't know why for the different names, (I haven't watched the bonus feature yet about the making of FOF, maybe there will be the answer).

Reading the comments, LOTD seems there may be some problems with the way it was filmed, FOF got good ratings.
Well I bought both, just finished watching FOF, this was performed 1998 at the Route of Kings in London's Hyde Park...
It was basically the same as the show I saw last week. Except for.....
Michael Flatley on the dvd, played the flute, did a great solo....also....
Mairead was one of the fiddle players.  She hasn't changed much, doing some conducting with her bow.  And actually the dancers had it easier than Mairead, they had on their dancing shows while Mairead was dancing around, yep, in high heels.
It was enjoyable to watch Mairead play with M.Flatley and some band members in a number.
Deirdre is not on the dvd.

Feet of Flames is Great, wide screen, good sound and picture....
I Highly recommend this, especially if you want more of Mairead.

Dance With Me.... Wink
Howard
