No. Okay here are the specific instructions!
1. Freeze the youtube clip where you want it.
2. Press ALT and SCREEN PRINT at the same time!
3.pull up Paint
4. on Paint go to EDIT and then paste
(now the whole screen will show up! don't panic!
5. now an arrow thing will show up when you move across the pic.

6. move the pic alittle so that you can see the white background

7. click on the white backgorund

8. now your arrow will change to a cross

9. take your mouse and place it over the picture and drag it over the whole pic but don't include the volume stuff.

10.now your pic should have a dotted box around it and your cross should be  arrows

11.right click on your mouse over the pic and a menu comes up. click on CUT.

12. Now your pic has been cut

12. Now go to EDIT again and click on SELECT ALL (the rest of the pic will be boxed)

13. Now press DELETE  on your keyboard don't worry yet!

14. Now right click on your mouse and another menu will pop up

15. Click on PASTE  and the pic you cutted will appear!

16. Now click on the white area

17. around the white area are small blue boxes you have to look hard

18. take one of the corner boxes and drag it towards your pic so that you have surrounded your pic.

19. Save your pic and if you have a photo website like Photobucket save it to there and then post your pic on the forum!

PM if you need help!

how can you use photoshop? i'm trying to make clearer pics from the dvd's but i can't on photo editor

There is only so much clearing you can do. If you take a small pic and enlarge it there won't be anything you can do.  Smaller images only have so many pixels and enlarging them only enlarges that pixel and doesn't add anymore. If that makes sense. I can recommend a Dvd player on your computer such as Power DVD which allows you to grab screens right off them.

If your picture is blurry there are a few things you can try. Duplicate your layer with the render. 1 - Filter - Other - High Pass (around 1.5-2)  put this on overlay and merge down. Next Filter - Noise - Median, change this opacity to around 35%, and set this layer to Soft Light and merge down. After this you can sharpen the picture using smart sharpen and adjusting them to your liking. (I'd like to thank the very talented Sigma for teaching me this technique)

I've attached this picture - The Top is the original sig I made blurry intentionally, the bottom I've applied the technique to sharpen. Enjoy Smiley

That happens with a few of the computer DVD players, most of those however have a hotkey to capture the screen shot. Check around on the control panel. If you have  power DVD player its "C" once you capture that way you can open them and save the same as discussed earlier in this thread Wink
