Ok so I want to go to the Minneapolis, MN concert this fall on October 16. I was wondering, to get tickets for it, do you have to buy them from the PBS station? or can I get them on Ticketmaster, etc. ? Because I live 4 hours from Minneapolis, I don't have the same PBS station...

If you want the package with M&G, however, you can only buy that through the appropriate PBS outlet (TPT in this case). Call their member services department for information on how and when you can buy those.

I spoke with TPT earlier today because, I too, do not live in the viewing area. I was told to call the pledge line at 1-888-229-1500 DURING the pledge. I believe the first one is Wednesday, August 12th at 7pm. Make sure you consider the time zones as they are in central time. For me I am in eastern so I would call at 8pm. She did not know yet what the M&G will go for.Hope this will help you. Click on this link for their website: (type Celtic Woman in the Full Schedule search box and it shows the date of pledge time) http://www.tpt.org

Ok, I think I'm getting this now. Thank you!! So PBS gives these tickets before Ticketmaster. So if I buy from Ticketmaster will I still be able to get good seats? And I'm 17, this concert is at a casino, I can still go right?

Each PBS is different. I beleive most PBS stations get several of the front rows and the remaining seats go to the ticketmaster (this is only my opinion, I do not know this to be fact). I already purchased a ticket for Wisconsin Dells in the 4th row, but I purchased it from Crystal Grand, not the ticketmaster. That shows you can get good seats. If you purchase tickets from the ticketmaster, tell them you want as close to the stage as possible. Celtic Woman does sell out so do not wait too long.

Ok, ic. Hopefully there will still be front row seats left, or any of the first few rows! Thanks for all the help Rick!

You'll probably need to be accompanied by an adult.
