The Soft Goodbye

« on: August 25, 2009, 02:09PM »

Today I got my Greatest Journey DVD in the mail Cheesy Of course I had to watch it, and I watched the behind-the-scenes things with interviews etc.
In one part of the interview, Lisa said she had done a great deal of musical theatre in Ireland. Does anyone know which ones she's done?

'Bugsy Malone' (at the age of 7)
'Chicago' - role: Velma Kelly
'Chess' - Florence
'Oklahoma' - Laurie
'Grease' - Sandy
Furthermore she has performed in concerts in Dublin's National Concert Hall including:
'The Magic of Gershwin'
'The Music of Cole Porter'
'From Romberg to Rodgers'

Oh those parts are good. Thanks for the link. I'd love to hear something though. I assume there are no soundtracks available =/

I have tried over and over to picture Lisa as Velma Kelly ("Chicago"), and I just cannot do it!

Its funny to me to think of her speaking as these characters as well.  I mean, "Oklahoma"Huh?  I know that she was acting the part, so I know she would have that type of accent, but I can't imagine her speaking with any other accent than Irish!!!   Cheesy
