May I ask whose going? Im guessing quite a few since its the closest one for all of Northern New England, and when I went on to buy me ticket, ALL THE FLOOR SEATS WERE SOLD OUT THANKS TO YOU HARDCORE FANS! Cheesy So I'm in section 22 and I want to know if there are any others from here going since I've yet to meet anyone.
I'm really hoping to meet some of you so we can discuss the fantabulousness of the ladies and other stuff.
We could all get something to eat sicne we're all at such a great place! My mommy (yes I still call her mommy. I'm only 19 after all!) and I would love to meet some more fans.

I'm planning to go, along with several other people.  I don't think the floor seats are sold out.  I was online right at 10am on Saturday and no floor seats were listed.  I suspect they will become available later.  The way Mohegan Sun sells tickets is very strange...

Uh, tell me about it.  Don't forget, a lot of the best seats at Indian casinos are reserved for the tribal members, whether they attend or not. My wife used to work at Foxwood's years ago and no matter who or what was performing there, they'd always reserve so many tickets for the tribe.  Up to 1,000 sometimes depending who was playing there.

I did the same on Saturday and was disappointed too to find out there were no floor seats except for a couple way, way in the back.  I did see just recently someone scalped 2 tix on EBAY for sec 8 for double the price.

I live only seventeen minutes away from the Mohegan Sun Casino here in CT and was second in line at the box office when they opened Sunday at 10 am,  and the best I could get was sec 24.  The box office said as of yesterday at 10:05 AM,  they were filling up very fast.  Any ways,  I bought 4 tickets and 2 of them I might have to sell b/c my friend may not be able to go now.

That is a really strange way to sell them, and thats really inconvenient for the rest of us, although I do understand why they would have some reserved. I think it would be disappointing to the girls to have many empty front seats though....
Well I hope you guys go, it would be great to meet more people.

I was on the phone and on ticketmaster at 10 a.m. when the tickets went on sale 9/12.  I managed to get floor seats, but only in section 7.  I was told that the rest were sold out alread.  That was at 10:20 a.m.  Angry  I know there are a lot of hard core fans (me included  Grin), but you can't tell me they sold out that quick.   Sad

The tickets went on sale to the GENERAL PUBLIC at 10 AM on Saturday 9/12, with the box office not selling until Sunday 9/13 at 10 AM.  This has me thinking there was a pre-sale or advanced reservation for VIP's, high rollers, tribal members and employees before Saturday.  This is not a very big arena so they can fill up fast.

Also I was looking forward to a meet and greet? maybe? perhaps?.  The email I got back from VIP services is this:
"We cannot advise at this time if they will be doing any signings.   You would need to check back the week of the performance.
Regards
VIP Service"

What I'll do is let eveyone know if this changes.

I emailed Spin Street Records last month and they replied that that are trying to arrange for another signing like they had in March.  Watch this space for more information when it becomes available.

I got tickets for section 23; not great. I began searching at 10 am on the first day they were available. It is hard to believe that there are no good seats. I think that they give the frequent patrons of Mohegan Sun the good tickets. I do know that some people are offered free tickets to certain concerts because they are go there alot. Not good seats are far better than no seats!

Tell us where you'd like to meet up? My wife and I will be there god willing.  Smiley  We'll probably be hanging around the Wolfs Den near the Earth Entrance box office for reference.  I think doors may open at 7 PM,  so I would think you'd like to meet before that.  Just an idea.

After checking the Mohegan Sun site daily for several weeks now, I decided to send another email to Spin Street Records to see if the potential signing event was still being discussed or was not going to happen.  Here is the reply I received:

Quote
Mr. Brown-
I am sorry to say that Celtic Woman will not be doing another signing with us when they perform here on 10/30 as their schedule would not allow it.

Regards-
Christopher S Hunt
General Manager
Spin Street #67
The Retail Shops at Mohegan Sun

I don't know if that changes anyone's plans or not but I figured I'd let everyone know.  Sad  It kind of makes sense, though, since they have a looooong trip to Buffalo the next day.

Thanks so much for checking for us.  I had a funny feeling they weren't going to.  But that's okay.  Maybe next time.

Here's a link to the Mohegan Sun Casino property map and thought it would help you navigating thru the Casino 21 and older, where the resturants and clubs are,  including parking information.

I'm still thinking of meeting in front of the box office and your already there when the doors open.  And it's in a public area.
