Thanks Smiley the only thing i still can't get is how to change the colors of the dress lol

Okay. Here's a link to a PhotoShop .psd file. It's about 1.2Mb:

If you open it in PhotoShop, look in the layers palette and you'll see a bunch of different layers. The first one (at the bottom) is simply a white background that is toggled OFF. The next one is the original with Lisa in the black dress. That one is toggled ON. Above that are several different copies of just the dress in various colors. Those are all toggled OFF. You can toggle those on to get different color dresses on Lisa. If you want a color that isn't there, duplicate one of those existing dress layers and use the Hue/Saturation/Lightness and the Levels to get the color you want.
